"When my vehicle was totaled by another driver, the process with State Farm was generally smooth and handled efficiently. I did feel the reimbursement was a bit on the low side, but it wasn’t unreasonable. My lower rating comes from more recent interactions with this office. Another State Farm customer backed into my vehicle and caused minor front-end damage. I called the office to ask what steps to take and didn’t receive a call back for about eight hours. When someone finally returned my call, it was clear they hadn’t listened to my voicemail or reviewed my message. I filed a claim against the other driver’s policy, but it was denied for “lack of evidence” and because they “need to believe their client.” Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up or guidance from this office afterward, which was disappointing. My premiums didn't entitle me to any follow up explanation. More recently, I scheduled an insurance review with Shannon nearly a month in advance. The appointment started over an hour late, and I was contacted by someone else from the office who was unfamiliar with my claim but was again eager to see how State Farm could help provide me more coverage. I was told the delay was due to helping another customer with their claim, which I completely understand, but it would have been nice to at least have an update so as to not waste my time. This office is very responsive and helpful when setting up policies, but once you’re an existing customer, the follow-up and communication seem to fall short. If they offer the best price and coverage, they’re worth considering. If not, you may want to look elsewhere if strong customer service is a priority for you."

We were trying our best to get everyone taken care of to the best of our ability and a large amount of customers needed our help on the same day of your appointment. It took a great deal of time to handle each person with the standard of service and attention we try to give every customer. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to give you that time again and completing a full comprehensive review of your insurance policies. "

"A new Premium was established by adjusting my Homeowners policy. It was made on OCT 3. 2025. Im still waiting, my mortgage company is still waiting for the bill to pay. They sure enough sent the higher bill but not the new lower bill. It's been 20 days and still no adjusted bill. Why the delay? Whats Statefarms motivation here? Is it to frustrate my mortgage company so that they pay the higher amount when time runs out? I was promised Monday 10/20 that the change in premium will take hold and my Mortgage company would receive the bill. It's now Wednesday 10/23 and still no new bill. Frustrated beyond belief."

"I was extremely nervous about changing my home/auto insurance, since I had been with the same insurer for 15 + years. "I could not be more satisfied with the entire experience at Shannon's agency and the State Farm home and auto insurance offered. Every one of my objectives were met beginning with saving me considerable money, being responsive to my inquiries, and nearby where I could meet in person. "Well.... here it goes in a nutshell. I normally don't approve of soliciting over the phone. However, when I was contacted by small and soft but subtle voice attach to a person named Merily. I was immediately caught off guard by the unintrusive and apologetic tone of this Woman's voice. When she finished what she had to say. It saved me $150 a month. Til this day....
